The Undertaker was the headliner of the WWE Hall Of Fame 2022 who was inducted into the prestigious club by Vince McMahon. The induction ceremony was quite an emotional scene as the legendary superstar took a walk down memory lane, telling stories from his wrestling career. The finishing sequence stood out as the fans got to know that he’s ready to lace up the boots for one more match.

The Undertaker thanked Vince for the gift of this character and his friendship over the past three decades, to sum up, his speech. He said there’s no one like the WWE Universe and then thanked them for taking along the three decades of ride along with him.

The Undertaker claimed that he will finally rest in peace. While leaving the ring, Taker wore his ring coat and hat as fans chanted “one more match”. Taker then said “Never Say Never” before walking away. So, it certainly means that the Boneyard Match might not have been the last ride for The Deadman, after all.

The Undertaker became emotional at Hall of Fame

Many do believe that The Undertaker deserved a farewell match amid the fans around the squared circle. Wrestlemania 36 hosted the Boneyard Match featuring him and AJ Styles which was a cinematic match having less in-ring actions which may haven’t satisfied some of his fans. The actual final full-length match featuring ‘Taker took place at Extreme Rules 2019 as he and Roman Reigns defeated Drew McIntyre and Shane McMahon.

The Undertaker went through a nearly an hour-long speech but things didn’t turn out to be boring for the most part. He included mentions of several people who were special to his career along the way alongside his wife Michelle McCool. She is the one on who his family is built.

The Phenome joked that Michelle was chasing him for so long that he finally agreed to marry her in 2010 that also restored his relationship with Jesus Christ. Taker said Michelle is a great mother who can still hang with the best female wrestlers of today’s WWE. He proceeded to mention Michelle to be his soulmate to become an emotional person. WWE Universe was always ready to cheer him up with “You deserve it” and “Thank You Taker” chants.
