Wrestlemania 38 is going to be the biggest weekend for sports entertainment as it contains the biggest match of all time in WWE history. Rumors are all over the place regarding special appearances, returns, and more. Two of the former champions who are out of action for a long time are also part of these speculations.

Bayley and Asuka are these two female wrestlers who WWE brought to Dallas, Texas for WrestleMania 38 Weekend which keeps their comeback plans open. There’s no word on if WWE indeed has plans for these two cornerstone figures of the women’s division to return this weekend, or at the post-WrestleMania RAW on Monday.

But PWInsider reports that both these multi-time champions are in town for Wrestlemania 38 weekend. They have not been booked for any WrestleMania Panels at Superstore Axxess and hence it remains to be seen why the company brought them in.

Specifically, Bayley is ready to make her comeback to the ring at any point, according to the recent reports of Dave Meltzer on a recent edition of Wrestling Observer Radio. It was also recently reported that WWE had plans to bring her back via a storyline once WrestleMania 38 gets over, but there’s no word on if that plan remains intact. As for Asuka, nothing is set in stone, as of this writing.

Before Wrestlemania 38, during a Q&A session on her Instagram account, Bayley provided an update on her current status. Back then, she stated that things were going in favor of her both physically and mentally. She also entertained the idea that it is only a matter of time before she will be back in action.

“So my knee is doing great, my ankle is doing great, my calf is doing great, my shin is doing great, my hip is doing great. My mind is doing great,” Bayley noted. “So it’s only a matter of time. I’m not going to tell you when and I don’t want all these idiots watching to know when. But I’m going to be coming back soon, maybe, no. Y’all better be ready, better be ready.”
