The Super ShowDown main event match between The Undertaker and Goldberg failed to create any impact on the WWE Universe. It was perhaps one of the worst outings of The Deadman’s career. After all, a master performer like him did not want to feature in a match filled up with several botches. So could there be a sooner occasion when he enters a fight to redo the scene?

Vince McMahon Hell-Bent On Putting This Superstar In Main Event Stature
There’s still a chance that The Undertaker may soon return to in-ring competition against the same man if the earlier plans of the WWE remains intact. Vince McMahon originally signed Goldberg for three separate matches against The Undertaker. Billed as a “First Time Ever” match at Super ShowDown was not going to be “Once In A Lifetime”, at all.

The belief was that The Undertaker would defeat Goldberg at Super ShowDown only to continue the storyline towards Summerslam 2019. The second match between the two legends would have happened on August 11th in Toronto, Canada. This may have gone to Goldberg’s favor setting the rubber match at Hell in a Cell. Now as we all saw that Goldberg busted himself up during Super ShowDown. He may also have picked up a concussion that could ban him from returning to competition. However, it’s just an assumption based on the fact that he became almost unconscious after The Undertaker finished the match with a chokeslam.
@Goldberg will return again in future and you will definitely beat Undertaker

Goldberg neither confirmed his injury from Super ShowDown nor did he announced retirement from competition after that nasty performance. So there may be a chance that he will work through the signed contract in the near future and thereby arranging a rematch against The Undertaker at Summerslam. This would be a desperate try from both of them to erase what happened in Saudi Arabia. If that does not happen then there could be an alternate opponent waiting for Goldberg.
Check out more on this regard, as stated by the source,
“You’d think the plans would be done after that match at SSD, however, you would’ve noticed that Goldberg didn’t retire or say he was done after it. In fact, he indicated the exact opposite! He only spoke about retiring the pre-match head-butt ritual, meaning he fully intends to see more action in the future.
It’s also worth noting that WWE mainly bought back Bill because he was talking to AEW. So you’d assume that whatever they agreed with him, would be solidly locked in.
So while Taker may refuse to work with him again, he’s either gonna work with someone else or get paid millions to sit on his a$$ and not go elsewhere- much like he did from 2001 to 2003.”
