On the Road to WrestleMania 39, the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Champions The Usos are back on the same page. As a team, the duo has recently reached another milestone in their illustrious career as a part of their ongoing title reign.
It was back at the 2021 Money in the Bank premium live event that The Usos first captured the Smackdown Tag Team Championships by defeating Rey and Dominik Mysterio. In May 2022, they also captured the WWE Raw Tag Team Championships by defeating RK-Bro (Matt Riddle and Randy Orton) on SmackDown.

Since then, we have known them as the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Champions. However, WWE has allowed defending their titles, separately in recent times. As of this past week, The Usos have reached 600 days in their latest reign as SmackDown Tag Team Champions. It should be noted that they already were the longest-reigning Tag Team Champions in WWE history.
It was on November 14, 2022, that The Usos reached the 484th day of their reign with the WWE SmackDown Tag Team Championships. That was the night that they eclipsed their nemesis, The New Day’s previous record of holding the Raw Tag Team Championships for 483 days which lasted from August 23, 2015, to December 18, 2016.

The Usos defeated The New Day to become the longest-reigning tag champs
Then ironically on the November 11 edition of SmackDown, The Bloodline members again defeated the long-time rivals, The New Day to surpass their records With the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championships on the line. Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods tried hard to keep their previous record intact. But after plenty of back-and-forth action for 20 minutes before Jimmy and Jey got the pinfall victory. Kofi Kingston was pinned with a 1D by The Usos who go on to etch their place in the company’s history books.
In WWE Royal Rumble 2023, Jey Uso refused to attack Sami Zayn and hinted at leaving his ties with The Bloodline. After weeks of absence, there were questions about the future of the tag team champions as well as the championships. However, during last week’s Raw, Jey reunited with Jimmy and the rest of the Bloodline by attacking Sami Zayn.

The Usos have held tag team championships in WWE for overall 1,527 days through all of their reigns over all these years. If they continue to go at this pace, then hitting the 700-day landmark will also happen in the near future. For the time being, rumors suggest that the twin brothers will defend their Undisputed WWE Tag Team Titles at WrestleMania 39 against Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens.
