Tiffany Stratton is yet to become 25 and she has barely participated in 25 matches in total on NXT TV but she can boast of becoming the top champion of the brand. It appears that if COVID-19 would have appeared to be a hindrance, she could have become a top star on WWE’s third brand a long time ago.
In a recent interview on the WWE NXT Snapchat, Tiffany Stratton shared the experience of how ended up becoming a superstar in the WWE. She was randomly surfing channels one day and got stuck on watching WWE Smackdown. The then gymnast watched Charlotte Flair in action on TV and thought that she could do all those stuff for sure. That was the day she thought of becoming a wrestler.

“She was blonde, she was jacked, and I thought to myself, ‘I could totally do that,'” said Tiffany Stratton. “Immediately what I did was submit an application on WWE’s website. I never heard back, so I submitted it again and again and again. Still had nothing. [I connected with] Greg Gagne and he agreed to train me for a little bit. I took my first bump and he immediately said, ‘This girl has it.'”

Tiffany Stratton’s first WWE tryout session was postponed due to COVID-19 outbreak
While her training process was ongoing, the AWA legend reached out to Stephanie McMahon and Paul “Triple H” “Levesque” who was in charge of NXT, back then to ask about an opportunity for Tiffany Stratton. A tryout session was scheduled at the same time as the COVID-19 lockdown and things got postponed.
The master of the Prettiest Ever Moonsault never heard again from the WWE for a long time but in between she continued to hone her skills under the leadership of Gagne and in association with bodybuilding programs. After waiting for one and a half years, Tiffany Stratton was first asked to report to the WWE Performance Center, in Orlando, Florida and since then she never had to look back.
