IV) Booker T
Booker T was a top star in WCW and he won a total of four World Heavyweight Championship when he was in the promotion. During the invasion angle when he arrived in WWE, he won the WCW Championship one time but after The Ruthless Aggression Era started, WWE stopped his main event push and he became a mid card.
But in 2006 after he won the King of the Ring tournament, he finally became a top star of the tour for promotion and he even became the World Heavyweight Champion. He is also the best winner of this tournament who played the character of the King better than anyone. Some fans even consider him the best winner of this tournament.
