This included a wild smooch with Trish Stratus that gave us feeling of a lesbian storyline.
Mickie James debuted in the WWE in 2005 as a fan of Trish Stratus. She used to annoy Mickie James to the fullest creating a full-fledged storyline that lasted for over eight months. This culminated a Wrestlemania title match where Mickie would go on to win first women’s title defeating the greatest of all-time.
Thereafter, she went on to become a heel in a vulgar segment i.e. by smooching Trish Stratus in a live TV segment. Stratus would feel uncomfortable with her from that point and delivered some more explosive battles with her contemporary. But that segment received millions of views creating controversies all over around WWE.
