Pretty unusual cash-in in the case of Kane, I must say. Superstars generally hang around with briefcase and brags about it for quite a few weeks after winning it whereas Kane turned out to be totally opposite. He was not patient at all and only hours after winning the Money in the Bank briefcase, he showed up to cash it in against Rey Mysterio, who could barely stand following his world championship match against Jack Swagger. Mysterio had no contest left inside him and the Big Red Monster finished him off with a chokeslam and piledriver.
