WWE Raw started on a good note with huge news from the acting GM of the show. We will get a brand new PPV event named WWE Crown Jewel in Saudi Arabia on November 2.

One of the main events of the night will feature Reigns, Lesnar and Strowman in a triple threat bout. This announcement helped to hype-up the upcoming show from the desert city.

The opening contest of the night was not too bad between Dean Ambrose and Drew McIntyre. It was good to see Ambrose getting back to singles action. He has become irrelevant these days trying to cope up within The Shield. The creative team could have used him in a much better way after the return. But now he got stuck in a middle of nowhere. The loss against McIntyre is another proof of that.

The Undertaker is always a more significant attraction on WWE Raw. He made the stakes higher for Super Show Down with a bigger announcement. Shawn Michaels will be present at Triple H’s corner, whereas, Kane will be there at Undertaker’s corner.

This certainly makes things interesting for the upcoming show. It might also set up a tag team match at the forthcoming crown jewel PPV in November.

As expected, The Riott Squad started their program with Ronda Rousey on WWE Raw. They are all set to have a tag team match at Super Show Down against Ronda Rousey and the Bella Twins. So the Bellas ran out to the ring to provide backup to Ronda who faced a three-on-one situation. The feud will continue for the next couple of weeks until this match culminates.

The main event of WWE Raw was entertaining considering there were multiple interferences. Chaos broke loose with The Shield and Dogs of War members hammering away at each other. The crowd loves to see this kind of situation which gave the upper hand to Roman Reigns allowing him to retain. It was an expected outcome on the show to keep the title around the Big Dog.

Overall, the show was a decent one, not very good nor bad either. Check out the Twitter reactions from it,
