Twitter Reactions To The Latest Episode Of Smackdown Live: October 24th, 2017 1

We have witnessed another edition of the Smackdown Live en route to the Survivor Series PPV. On this week’s show, we had witnessed the blue brand declaring the team captains for men and women’s division tag team matchups at the last dual brand PPV of the year.

The show witnessed yet another low turnout at the BMO Bradley Harris Center in Milwaukee. The poor selling of tickets has been a headache for the blue brand in particular with less number of marquee players on the main show. This even affected their last brand-exclusive PPV, Hell in a Cell which was not a complete sellout, as well.

This week though, the fans were much happier to see Becky Lynch back on the track. She has been in an on-off situation ever since the Wrestlemania season has been over. With her being the captain of the team ensured that she will be a regular face on WWE TV from now onwards.

On another happier note, Randy Orton was chosen to be the team captain of the Survivor Series PPV from the men’s division. With the growing antics from Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens, we were almost confirmed to see any one of them will be declared as the captain. However, that did not turn out to be the case to the much delight of the fans.

The show ended with a brief exchange of words between Shane McMahon and Daniel Bryan over the Raw invasion incident. Bryan was not happy about this decision made by the commissioner. So, this sets up an angle for an upcoming rift between the two of them which is quite interesting. Check out how the Twitter-verse reacted on last night’s Smackdown:
