Undoubtedly, she played an important role in elevating the female WWE Superstars at a stage when the least opportunities were available for them inside the squared circle. Many fans believe if it wasn’t for her or Lita, the overall development of the women’s division in WWE wouldn’t be that easy.
Even the mainstream world believes the fact as celebrity rapper Cardi B accepted a couple of times that Trish Stratus and Lita as her all-time favorites. Unlike the WWE Superstars, Cardi B worked hard to make herself one of the top female rappers in the hip-hop world which is a totally different genre. But it appears that she keeps track of the wrestling circuit.
Hence, Cardi B took to Twitter to express her excitement after the WWE Hall of Famer Lita and Becky Lynch teamed up to win the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships on the February 27 episode of WWE Raw, thanks to Trish Stratus coming out and neutralizing the Damage CTRL leader Bayley. The popular rapper was wondering about the Attitude Era legends coming back to WWE and thereby showing excitement among wrestling fans.

Trish Stratus is all about supporting her contemporaries
Trish Stratus spoke about the celebrity rapper acknowledging her and Lita for their inspirational performances over the years. In an interview with My Mom’s Basement hosted by Robbie Fox, she joked about how she and Cardi B are having similar postures.
”It’s obviously because of our derrière, our back ends. We both have asses that have been talked about for decades now [laughs]. No, there’s much more. I don’t know, I think it’s cool. She was looking at it like a strong female badass. That’s who Cardi B is. She grew up on that. Did I influence Cardi B? Maybe, I don’t know. But I think it’s cool. To me, it’s a successful woman in another industry uplifting another woman and giving that awareness,” Trish Stratus said.
“It’s all about that. It’s about supporting and uplifting other women because the stronger as a group, with us all supporting each other and recognizing there’s a space for everyone is super important and what really makes us continue to grow.”

On the Road to WrestleMania 39, it was Lita who first showed up on Raw after Royal Rumble to set up the huge title match against Damage CTRL. It culminated in the February 27 episode where the two challenged Dakota Kai and IYO SKY with Bayley standing in the latter’s corner.
Constant interferences during the match almost led Lynch and Lita to a loss but then Trish Stratus made her shocking return to WWE television to take out Bayley. Lynch and Lita were victorious and became the new WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions. Moving on, the three babyfaces set up a six-woman non-title tag team matchup at WrestleMania 39.
