WWE News: Will WWE Continue To Keep Renee Young On Commentary Desk?
Renee Young continues to be a trailblazer in the WWE women’s division. She is proving how to be a trend-setter in the locker room for someone is not an in-ring performer. Her work ethics proved to be the very best that keeps in the most popular list of WWE names of this generation. Otherwise, we could not think of a female voice in the commentary team of the WWE.
WWE knew this and let her made history on the August 13th episode of the show. Renee Young joined the commentary table which was the very first time that a woman name called the actions out on WWE Raw. It was not for a one-off segment. Rather she stayed there for the whole show replacing the veteran name of Jonathon Coachman.
WWE fans were interested to see how she does as an announcer and she did not let anyone down. Almost each one from the fans gave positive reactions after hearing the style of Renee Young. She did a fair job in her very first opportunity that also rises up the possibility of seeing her more in the commentary team in the future.
In fact, some of the WWE fans do not like the way Jonathon Coachman call things down. So they wanted Renew Young to replace her on a permanent basis in the commentary table. Her huge social media following would also help to garner much attention from the fans. But, not much positive update is waiting for them in this regard.
We thanks Pro-wrestling Sheet for this valuable update that kept the fan murmuring for the past few days. The social media kept on buzzing with the speculation whether Renee Young will be a permanent name on the commentary desk from now on. The ongoing women’s revolution and her popularity will suit her in the role, perfectly.
But WWE officials do not think that way as it was just a one-off night for her on WWE Raw. The source confirmed that the pretty face managed to impress the backstage officials with her performance. But they are not yet considering her to become a permanent announcer.
However, she will grace the shows whenever needed on special occasions. The Mae Young Classic is one of the shows where she will be a constant face for the entire second season alongside Michael Cole and Beth Phoenix. Her commentary stint might continue in all-women Evolution PPV on October 8th.
Kudos to Renee Young who had to fight all the way to reach this position. Back when she entered the scene, she did not have much knowledge of the WWE industry. But now we can hardly believe of a show without her presence. She is set to break more barriers in the company in future, you bet.
