WWE house shows obviously help to continue the ongoing storylines and that should be the case for Wrestlemania 38. The Road to the biggest event of the year has started and the current advertisements seem to be a good indicator as to what the storyline plans could be leading up to the upcoming pay-per-view events.
Many of the matches at the upcoming house shows are booked so that wrestlers can get acquainted with each other for the big televised shows. Such few matches have now been revealed via a new tweet by John Pollock of POST Wrestling that might give the fans some indication about the direction that WWE could be headed on “the road to WrestleMania”.
WWE Wrestlemania 38: Lesnar Vs. Reigns Title Vs. Title Match Becoming A Reality
During this past Friday’s edition of WWE SmackDown, an advertisement for a March 27, 2022 house show was promoted containing the following match lineups:
* Bobby Lashley vs. Seth Rollins vs. AJ Styles
* Becky Lynch vs. Rhea Ripley vs. Bianca Belair
Since these matches are advertised for a 27th March house show which is so close to Wrestlemania 38, we assume that these superstars will be involved in feuds. Quite possibly the above-mentioned matches could be going down around WWE Title and the Raw Women’s Title.

Wrestlemania 38 to witness multi-person matches?
The Lashley vs. Rollins vs. Styles match might not be a title match if WWE moves ahead with the decision to have Brock Lesnar win the WWE Championship at Elimination Chamber in Saudi Arabia. There have been talks about WWE possibly doing Reigns vs. Lesnar match at Wrestlemania 38, billed as a title vs. title match. Paul Heyman has also been mentioning a possible title vs. title match scenario during his recent promos.
Lynch vs. Ripley vs. Belair match could be for the Raw Women’s Championship at Wrestlemania 38 which makes sense since these three women are the three top superstars of the Raw roster. But in order to make this match happen, Lynch will have to retain against Hall of Famer Lita.
At this point, only two matches have been officially announced for WrestleMania 38 where Roman Reigns is slated to defend the Universal Championship against Brock Lesnar. Also, Charlotte Flair will be defending the SmackDown Women’s Championship against Ronda Rousey.
