The Undertaker has been absent from WWE appearances for over a year now after he officially announced his retirement. But given WWE’s policies in the past and the intentions to use the legendary names in more and more matches, we just simply can’t rule out a return to action for the greatest sports entertainer of all time. Moreover, he’s gearing up for a potential Wrestlemania show-up.
The Undertaker and his wife, Michelle McCool, were on the sidelines for last night’s NBA game between the Dallas Cowboys and the Denver Broncos at the AT&T Stadium. This is the same stadium that will be hosting the Wrestlemania 38 event. Dallas also serves as Taker’s hometown which certainly indicates that WWE will use this legend for the grand event.

WWE promoted The Undertaker’s NBA game appearance at the AT&T Stadium while the legend himself posted some snaps with an interesting caption which stated, “The Deadman in Dallas… getting ready for #WrestleMania @ATTStadium with the @dallascowboys.”

WWE has announced a WrestleMania 38 On-Sale Party for later this month. Namely the WrestleMania 38 On-Sale Party, it will serve as the official kick-off to the big event scheduled for next April. It will take place at AT&T Stadium on Wednesday, November 10 at 5:30 pm, local time and The Undertaker will be onboard.
WWE Wrestlemania 38 Confirmed To Be A Two-Night Event; Ticket Selling Details Out
As of now, no update is available regarding WWE’s plans for The Deadman for next year’s ‘Mania. However, it’s been rumored that he could possibly be inducted into the Hall of Fame which would obviously secure an appearance for him at the grandest stage of the year as WWE honors the club of HOFs on that night.
The Undertaker was last seen in a Final Farewell segment on WWE TV at Survivor Series 2020 which marked his retirement from in-ring competition. He was present in Saudi Arabia, last month ahead of Crown Jewel to fuel up rumors about an appearance. But he actually introduced Pitbull to the fans gathered at The Boulevard to kick off the Riyadh season.
Given his star power, fans would love to see The Undertaker making his return to action, one day. However, that makes no sense considering he’s been aged and that’s been reflected in his performances in the past. Now it’s time for him to become a first-ballot WWE Hall of Famer.
