WWE has a big match set for Wrestlemania 39 weekend

During Wrestling Observer Live, Bryan Alvarez noted that WWE is planning to bring up the loser for Bron Breakker vs. Carmelo Hayes. This match for the WWE NXT Championship is currently slated to take place at NXT Stand & Deliver during the Wrestlemania 39 weekend and via this match, WWE wants to ensure that a big name on the main roster gets his entry,

“I’ve heard that they’re planning on bringing up the loser of Bron Breakker vs. Carmelo.”

Even before this, Bron Breakker was previously rumored to move into the main roster but the process was held back since NXT will be left with lesser star power in the absence of the current poster figure. Carmelo is also a bigger star on the NXT brand, being a former two-time North American Champion. Now, one of them will reportedly be heading into either Raw/Smackdown, the night after Wrestlemania 39.
