WWE Backlash 2023 is inching closer which will be yet another event for the world’s biggest pro-wrestling banner outside the USA territory. Celebrity rapper Bad Bunny will be hosting the show, live from his homeland of San Juan, Puerto Rico on Saturday, May 6. He will also be in action on the show Street Fight against Judgment Day’s Damian Priest.
Following this week’s episode of Raw, seven matches have been booked for WWE Backlash 2023. Brock Lesnar will feature in the main event match of the show against Cody Rhodes. WWE Raw Women’s Champion Bianca Belair will put her title on the line against Damage CTRL’s IYO SKY in a fresh match.

Betting odds for WWE Backlash 2023 have been released via BetOnline which indicates that Brock Lesnar was a slight favorite (-150) to defeat Cody Rhodes which would mark the second straight loss for The American Nightmare in WWE PLE. The winner of the Seth Rollins-Omos showdown is yet to be disclosed (the two are sitting at even numbers) alongside the winner of the Raw Women’s Title Match.
WWE NXT Battleground 2023: Tournament To Crown New Women’s Champion
Odds are also in for Austin Theory’s title defense set for WWE Backlash 2023 and the champion is seemingly favored to retain his United States Championship, once again against two heavyweight challengers, Bronson Reed and Bobby Lashley.
Rhea Ripley, the new SmackDown Women’s Champion is an undoubted favorite in her first title defense at WWE Backlash 2023 against Zelina Vega since dethroning Charlotte Flair at WrestleMania 39. After dropping the tag team titles, odds aren’t favoring The Bloodline in the confirmed non-title six-man tag team match. The Usos of The Bloodline lost their WWE Undisputed Tag Team Championships at Wrestlemania 39 to Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn.
