But obviously, none of those came to fruition and there’s no hope that it will happen, sooner.

As of now, he has a court date set with The Miz on SmackDown, this week where he will represent himself in a lawsuit. He will be summoned to surrender the contract that could come up with a twist.
Also, the WWE Draft could also dramatically change the situation for Otis as he could end up on Raw. The priority should be with Money In The Bank briefcase as WWE just can’t let it be wasted, by any means. Two times out of the past three years, the contract wasn’t successfully cashed in which should not be the case, this time around.
