Within a few days, the WWE Draft 2023 is all set to change the landscape of Raw and Smackdown rosters. It begins this Friday on Smackdown during the April 28 episode from the American Bank Center, Corpus Christi, Texas, and will be wrapped up the next Monday Night on Raw’s May 1 episode from the Dickies Arena in Fort Worth, Texas.
Since Triple H, the head of the creative team promised the WWE Universe that this one is going to be the biggest-ever Draft, fans are really expecting some refreshing and exciting moments. Also, The Game has confirmed that each member of the roster will be eligible to be drafted including the wrestlers from NXT. However, some of the active names might miss the entire process.
Recently, a promotional graphic for WWE Draft 2023 has been released, which left out several notable members of the active main roster. The graphic did note that the entire roster will be eligible to be drafted, there were notable absentees in the form of top WWE Superstars.

Alexa Bliss, a five-time women’s champion in the WWE is one of those absent names. Little Miss Bliss is anyways not present on WWE TV since the Royal Rumble in January as she recently underwent skin cancer treatment. Then she also appeared on The Masked Singer, seemingly indicating her WWE TV return but that’s not reportedly happening.
Another top wrestler from the Raw roster who is left off the WWE Draft 2023 graphic is Carmella, who has been off TV for unknown reasons prior to WrestleMania 39. However, she attended the show from Los Angeles and hosted the set reveal segment with her real-life husband, Corey Graves. Aliyah is another member of the women’s division who’s absent since suffering an injury in September and she’s not present on the poster.

From the men’s division, Bray Wyatt has been absent from WWE TV on the Road to WrestleMania 39 due to illness and he’s opted out of WWE Draft 2023 graphic, as well. His Wrestlemania 33 opponent, Randy Orton has also suffered the same consequence as he’s been out of action for almost a year due to back injury issues. Interestingly, AJ Styles is there on the poster despite being out of action due to an ankle injury.
Top WWE Raw Superstar Not Coming Back To TV Anytime Soon
Several other names including Big E, Robert Roode, Tommaso Ciampa, and R-Truth have also been left out of the WWE Draft 2023 graphic as they have long been not on TV due to injury reasons. Besides recently moved NXT names like Apollo Crews, Jinder Mahal and his former tag team partner, Shanky, had also not been featured on the graphic.
