Bianca Belair and SmackDown Women’s Champion Sasha Banks have become the new contenders for the Women’s Tag Team Titles. They will now challenge Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler for the belts at the upcoming pay-per-view event, this Sunday night.
With her impending WrestleMania decision becoming a matter of discussion, Bianca Belair decided to put that on hold as she found an ally in potential future opponent and SmackDown Women’s Champion Sasha Banks for a chance to become WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions! It was last week when the duo throttled the two champs away from the ring before making fun of them.

The two teams once again had a confrontation on SmackDown as Jax and Baszler appeared on Bayley’s “Ding Dong, Hello!” talk-show segment. First, Carmella’s sommelier Reginald interrupted following Banks and Belair who decided to throw themselves into the melee. This led to a six-person tag team match that saw Banks, Belair, and Reginald get the win when Reginald pinned Jax. Afterward, WWE announced the title match for Elimination Chamber 2021.
