Carmella is back in action on WWE Raw after a gap of more than six months and she is heading straight into the Women’s Elimination Chamber 2023 matchup. In the first in-ring outing since August 2022, Carmella defeated “Michin” Mia Yim, Candice LeRae, and Piper Niven in a Fatal-4-Way Match to secure the final spot in the Chamber match.

As seen on the February 6 episode of Raw during the final Elimination Chamber 2023 qualifying match, the above-mentioned four names battled in a nail-biting encounter. In the closing stages of the match, Niven seemed to gain the upper hand by hitting LeRae with a vicious cannonball.

But Carmella came from behind to capitalize on the situation by super-kicking the former Doudrop out of the ring and then stealing the pinfall win by covering LeRae. Carmella would then briefly bring back her “talk trash and moonwalk” gimmick before celebrating with her husband, Corey Graves at ringside.

Carmella joined five other names inside the Chamber
By virtue of this win, Carmella has now qualified for the Women’s Elimination Chamber 2023 Match set for the upcoming premium live event in Montreal, Québec, Canada. She has joined the likes of Raquel Rodriguez, Asuka, Liv Morgan, Nikki Cross, and Natalya inside the ominous steel cage structure.
The winner of the six-woman matchup will challenge Bianca Belair for the Raw Women’s Championship at WrestleMania 39. As for the Smackdown Women’s Championship, the champion Charlotte Flair will defend her title against the 2023 Women’s Royal Rumble winner Rhea Ripley, as confirmed on last week’s Raw.
