It’s always been a pleasure for the WWE Universe to see The Shield perform in a WWE ring. This trio is perhaps the most popular faction in the history of this company. So whenever they get reunited, chills run down through the fans’ spine. Emotions started running down when these three got back together on this past edition of Monday Night Raw.
Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose joined forces again to set up the tag team match at Fastlane 2019. It was simply the three of them against Drew McIntyre, Baron Corbin, and Bobby Lashley. However, rumors were running wild about Dean Ambrose heading into Fastlane. He was in a volatile position on the roster for quite sometimes.
Apparently, his contract will also be up in due course after which he could leave the WWE. So there might have been a desperate try from the company perspective to prohibit him from doing so. This is why we could not wipe out the chances of seeing a heel-turn from Dean Ambrose against his buddies. However, it did not happen at Fastlane as we had a real emotional moment to end the show. But there could be a fallout waiting when WWE Raw airs on tonight.
