Kelly Kelly had been one of the major star powers in her heyday in the WWE in the early 2010s. She’s one of the very rare organic babyface figures of the WWE who was named twice for her on-screen character. Co-incidentally, now she’s having twin babies in her first pregnancy, a piece of news that has doubled the excitement for her and her family.
Prior to Wrestlemania 39, Kelly Kelly revealed that she’s pregnant with a series of photos on social media. Then she also attended WWE’s Wrestlemania 39 in LA, on April 1 and 2. Then the former WWE Diva, real-name Barbara “Barbie” Blank shared more updates regarding her ongoing pregnancy.
“Plot Twist….We’re Having [twins],” Kelly Kelly wrote on Twitter. The sex of her babies was not disclosed, but the announcement did come with a photo of her belly’s ultrasound dissection. A text on the photo stated, “Sometimes when you wish for a miracle…you get two.”

Kelly Kelly’s pregnancy journey to be documented
For those who don’t know, Kelly Kelly had previous struggles with fertility. In August 2021, she admittedly suffered a miscarriage during the first trimester of her initial pregnancy. It occurred just months after she got married to Joe B Coba. Now, due to in vitro fertilization (IVF) technique, the two will soon become parents to not one, but two babies.
Kelly Kelly is currently in her second trimester, with her due date revealed to be on September 25. As she previously told Entertainment Tonight, fans will get to see her journey to motherhood in an upcoming documentary, entitled “Egg Whispers.”
“I worked with Dr. Aimee Eyvazzadeh, the ‘Egg Whisperer,’ who is my godsend of an IVF doctor and we did an embryo transfer which was how I was able to be pregnant today,” Kelly Kelly shared.
“Without her, I don’t know if it would have ever been possible, so I’m just so grateful for what IVF has given me, my husband, Joe, to have the family that he’s always dreamed of, and what it’s able to do for other women and families. It’s come such a long way. You can also watch my fertility journey in a documentary film called Egg Whispers which will be out soon.”
The pregnancy will keep Kelly Kelly sidelined from multiple other projects including wrestling. But once the fallouts of motherhood are done, we could certainly expect to see the 36-year-old superstar back in the ring as she’s more than open to being back in action.
