Big E is the latest name to qualify for the Men’s Money In The Bank 2021 Ladder Match. Over on SmackDown, E scored a non-title win over WWE Intercontinental Champion Apollo Crews to qualify for the ladder match.
E was getting distracted by Commander Azeez throughout the match who was finally ejected from ringside by the referee. E capitalized on the move by pinning Crews with his Big Ending finisher for the victory.
SmackDown brand will fill in another spot for Men’s MITB Ladder Match, next Friday night when Sami Zayn faces Kevin Owens in a Last Man Standing Match. This comes after Zayn’s victory over Owens at Hell In A Cell PPV. Owens was originally supposed to be out of action for sometimes but it appears he would be back in no time.
Following that match, two SmackDown spots for the Men’s Money In The Bank 2021 Ladder Match will be left. On this week’s RAW, Ricochet defeated RAW Tag Team Champion AJ Styles while Riddle defeated Drew McIntyre and then John Morrison defeated Randy Orton to qualify. Next week, RAW will feature a Second Chance Triple Threat Qualifier to determine the final MITB ladder match participant with the lineup being Randy Orton vs. AJ Styles vs. Drew McIntyre.

As for the Women’s Money In the Bank 2021 Ladder Match, WWE Official Sonya Deville announced that Carmella is her first selection for the match and she did not have to qualify. Liv Morgan, who defeated Carmella last week on SmackDown obviously had some issues with this decision.
She interrupted and made her case for a Money In the Bank spot. Deville then announced that if Liv could defeat Carmella she can have a spot at the MITB Ladder match. Liv did get a clean pinfall win over Mella but it was never confirmed that Liv has earned a spot.

If Morgan is confirmed for the Women’s Money In the Bank 2021 Ladder Match, that it will also leave two spots from the SmackDown brand for the female Superstars. On this week’s RAW, Asuka and Naomi defeated Eva Marie and Doudrop to qualify while Alexa Bliss and Nikki Cross defeated Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler to earn the last two spots for the Women’s MITB Ladder Match.
