We are almost there at Wrestlemania 34 where there will be some mind-boggling matches like each year. The fans from all around the world will gather in New Orleans to be a part of history on April 8th. Numerous main event matches much-anticipated in-ring returns will take place on the show which makes it a must-see for all the pro-wrestling fans.
Plus, this is the biggest event of the year in sports entertainment which makes us fall in love with pro-wrestling, all the way. Whatever happens in this particular show, there will be a fallout from it. Furthermore, we will be seeing a major change on the roster once the showcase of immortals is done. As per the recent reports, the Superstar Shakeup will be back after this.
Wrestling Observer Newsletter has published a report where they stated that the process of trading a Raw superstar to Smackdown and vice-versa will be held to give a new look to both brand’s roster. The Superstar Shakeup was held back in 2017 following Wrestlemania 33. Furthermore, a superstar cut is also said to be in-reserve where the not-needed roster members will be released.

“There is going to be a shake-up which is obvious. But unfortunately, after WrestleMania, there will also be cuts and some of your lower level guys are gonna be cut.”
Some of the fans may not like the idea of trimming down the roster as it takes away a superstar’s job, all of a sudden. There’s not much that they can do about it nor they do have a reason for getting released by the company. But, they had to deal with the misfortune. Bryan Alvarez from the source noted on this in a justified manner,
“When you try to make everybody somebody then you have nobody that’s anybody,” Bryan Alvarez brilliantly concluded. “But the point is some of these guys are not going to be main eventers and that’s okay. They’re making a lot of money and they’re wrestling. That’s what they wanted to do was become wrestlers when they were kids. Not everybody gets to be World Champion.”
In recent times, WWE has already started the procedure of cutting down the NXT roster. Numerous talents who were under the developmental territory was freed from their contract and allowed to work in the indie scenes. If this report is any indication then some of the known names from the main roster will also suffer the same consequences after the biggest event of the year gets over.
