It was up on the rumour mill that Alexa Bliss and Sasha Banks are not very good friends in the WWE locker room. The speculations started after the latter one blasted the Raw Women’s Champion on an edition of Raw Talk following the Great Balls of Fire PPV.
On that night, Sasha had the opportunity to face the Raw women’s champion for the title. While she looked to be in firm control, Little Miss Bliss decided to walk away from the match to keep her title intact. The Boss was frustrated about it and almost buried the champion on the talk show.
She talked how Alexa claims to be a lifelong fan of the WWE where she can’t even tell the difference between Matt and Jeff Hardy. She even mocked her for appearing on the next season of Total Divas which will mark its seventh season, this year.
Alexa Bliss appeared on the Cheap Heat Podcast recently where she acknowledged the fact of this real-life feud against The Boss. With that being said, the upcoming match between these two at Summerslam has just got yet another reason to be a blockbuster. Often in the WWE, we have seen these types of real-life heat giving birth to great rivalries, and this one has such potential, for sure.
Check out the comments from Little Miss Bliss via IWNerd.com:
“I’ve always been the person to say ‘business is business, personal is personal.’ I will never let my personal feelings about somebody get in the way of business. I want to have a productive match, I want to have a safe match, I want to have a great match;
I want to take this company to the next level with our women with this women’s revolution. I’ve seen the things she said about me. If that’s how she feels, that’s fine. But we know that we put it to the side and have a productive, professional match because that’s what it’s all about.”
Meanwhile, the champion addressed Sasha Banks’ victory this week on Raw where she picked up the win in front of her hometown of Boston. Bliss grudged about the fact that Sasha tried before to steal her title but failed, and on this Sunday, the result would not be any different. She concluded the interview by mocking The Boss stating that she will need more than her hometown’s support to win the championship.
