The tradition of a WWE Diva willing to look even more attractive on-screen is there since the beginning of the company.
It might sound like a taboo in nowadays pro-wrestling world with the Women’s Evolution going in full force, but no one can deny the benefit of it. Previously, a number of superstars were elevated from their lower status, owing to this where they were able to present themselves more attractively.
A prominent example of the same is Nikki Bella who was not considered to be a good wrestler in her early career days. After taking a short hiatus in her WWE career, she underwent a breast enhancement surgery to look gorgeous than ever. With her wrestling skills getting picked up in due course, she ended up getting a huge push and the longest reigning Divas Champion, of all time.
Another superstar has reportedly been inserted into the list of WWE stars who underwent such surgeries to look more beautiful. She is one-half of the Iconic Duo faction in the NXT women’s division, Billie Kay. Recently, her latest available pictures have been viral on the internet suggesting she has undergone an implant procedure in recent times.
It is why the popular Australian superstars have not been seen on the NXT scene for quite sometimes. Alongside her, Peyton Royce, the other half was also sidelined from TV tapings and live events. They both missed several shows in the developmental territory since November.
Royce was last seen competing in a match at a house show hosted on November 29th where NXT Women’s Champion, Ember Moon defeated her in a singles contest. Billie Kay, on the other hand, was seen in action, two weeks before that against Kairi Sane. This match took place on November 16th also ended in a losing effort for her.
Going forward, Billie Kay has been a topic of discussion in recent times due to the above-mentioned surgery. Check out more updates on this from wrestlingINC.com,
“Kay has reportedly been out of action after undergoing breast augmentation surgery, according to Dave Meltzer in the latest edition of The Wrestling Observer Newsletter. WebMD notes that people who have the surgery should not do any heavy lifting for up to six weeks after the procedure.”

If this is any indication, then a huge push might be in-store for this popular superstar shortly. Both the members of the Iconic Duo faction are likely to come to the main roster once Wrestlemania gets over.
