WWE News: Baron Corbin Suspended Over His Actions On Talking Smack 1

This past week on Smackdown Live, we have seen a brawl between Sami Zayn and Baron Corbin on the main show. Corbin and the United States champion, Kevin Owens was delivering a beatdown to AJ Styles. The assault took place after Corbin lost the match against the Phenomenal One.

Sami Zayn came out to the ring to make the save for Styles. He neutralized the Lone Wolf by hitting him with a Helluva Kick. Once that segment took place, it was expected that a feud might be in store between Sami Zayn and Baron Corbin.

Quite expectedly, WWE creative headed towards the same program as a backstage altercation took place once the main show was over. Sami Zayn was a guest of Renee Young and JBL on the Talking Smack where he was talking about his future on the show.

Baron Corbin came to the set from behind and attacked Sami from behind. He was beating him down until the Canadian Superstar became senseless. The referee and officials came running down to stop him but Corbin showed audacity by shoving one of them off, as well.

Now, the Smackdown Live authority is not someone to mess around. The commissioner of the show took his twitter handle to let us know that following Corbin’s actions on the WWE Network special show where he put his hands on a WWE official, he will be banned from Tuesday Night’s show.

The misdeed from the bonafide heel of the blue brand was a serious offense in the eyes of Shane McMahon and he did not make any delay while suspending the superstar. The story has been published on WWE.com, as well. It was stated that he will be banned from Smackdown for one week. Also, the authority will charge him with a fine for pushing the referee down.

This is a pure storyline perspective as to project Corbin in a bigger way. He is said to be returning with a new theme song to get a main event push on the blue brand. His feud with Sami Zayn will be continuing in which he will emerge as the clear-cut winner to get into the title picture.
