WWE News: Big Show Gives Update on His Health Following Hip Surgery 1

Big Show was last seen in a match against Braun Strowman on Monday Night Raw. The match took place inside a steel cage turned out to be a contender in the “match of the year” category. At one point, the Giant even flew high from the top turnbuckle just like a Cruiserweight which was worth a watch.

In the end, like a true veteran, he jobbed to the new monster around the show, Strowman and suffered a devastating loss. The Monster among Men put him through the side-walls of the steel cage. It was from a storyline perspective to portray that Big Show was hurt after the match. So, going forward he was written off the flagship program of WWE.

In reality, the legendary WWE Superstar was dealing with his below portions of the body for quite sometimes. He had undergone uncountable gruelling matches in his career with a time span over two decades. It forced him to undergo a hip surgery following the Summerslam PPV to recover from the concussions.

Recently, the World’s Largest Athlete took his Twitter handle to give updates on his latest condition after going under the knives. It was first-time ever that we have heard from him and received the condition of his body.

As you can see from the updates, he called himself as the “metal hip wolverine” since his trainer is helping to heal the wounds, as quickly as possible. He is working hard to keep his body fit as much as possible and should be back to the squared circle, earlier than thought.

It is quite incredible to keep his body filled up with so much agility despite being a giant and the age not being in his favour. Earlier, while talking to WWE.com, Big Show stated that it was a conscious decision to keep himself fit,

“It was definitely a conscious decision. You don’t make the transformation I’ve made without a serious commitment to changing 40 years of improper diet and improper training. I wanted to make a change, and I was given the time and opportunity to make a change, so I took advantage of it.”
