WWE News: Big Show injured, Ryback getting title shot at Wrestlemania

Injuries had plagued the WWE roster in 2015 and it is continuing to do the same, this year too. Following the trend, the injury list is all time high with Superstars getting injured at regular intervals. Last Friday in WWE Live events, four superstars got injured which is an all-time record and thankfully nothing was too legitimate, to say the least.
The latest inclusion in the list is believed to be Big Show, who got injured during a match at a Live Event in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
At the event, Big Show was teamed up with Dolph Ziggler to take on Luke Harper and Braun Strowman. During the match, Big Show was seen landing awkwardly on his knee which might have caused the injury, apparently.
Viewers who were present at ringside told that he was barely standing on his leg after the match not to put any weight on the injured leg. Big Show was also seen talking with Dolph, both sporting concerned looks on their faces which further suggest that Big Show is injured.
The injury will not be revealed by WWE, to say the least, but it was seen that Show was exiting under the bottom rope rather than his trademark top rope exit. He quickly went to backstage to get some medical attention while Ziggler was seen celebrating with the fans.
Talking of the big show led us to the Big Guy Ryback. He recently changed his wrestling gear which now focuses him as a brutal bag guy. That’s exactly happening with his storyline when he cut a promo about being tired of working in tag teams. Reports suggest that he is scheduled to face Kalisto at Wrestlemania for the United States championship. He is booked in triple threat matches with Kalisto and Del Rio in WWE live events. Since Del Rio is not getting another title opportunity as of now, Ryback is likely to be the number one contender for the United States title.
