The rift between Asuka and Nia Jax on WWE Raw is not looking to end, anytime soon.
This started back in the time of Elimination Chamber PPV to provide a twist in the tale of WWE Raw women’s championship. The stipulation of the bygone singles match between this two was that if Nia Jax had won the contest, she would be added to the Wrestlemania title match.
The shot was given to the Samoan Superstar since she is considered to be the unstoppable force on the Raw roster. With the behemoth physique that she possesses, no name from the flagship show has been able to dominate her. Hence, she deserved an opportunity to the title. But, Asuka stood in her way at Elimination Chamber.
The former NXT Champion remained undefeated by pinning the monster name from the women’s division. It kept the championship match at Wrestlemania, a singles contest. Asuka is the one who won the Royal Rumble match in 2018 and earned the rights to face a champion of her choice at the grandest stage of the year.
The loss suffered at the Raw-exclusive PPV, stung Nia Jax, a lot as she went right after the Empress of Tomorrow on multiple occasions, after that. She drove Asuka through the barricade delivering a massive attack on the PPV, itself. Later, she continued her path of destruction even on this week’s edition of WWE Raw.

Teaming up with her best friend, Alexa Bliss, she beat down Asuka, one more time giving the message that she is not done with the undefeated one. This set up another match between Asuka and Nia Jax on next edition of Monday Night Raw. The match will take place on March 5th in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. It was officially notified on the Twitter handle of the WWE, later.

This is a good effort pulled off by the WWE to keep us in the middle of the confusion regarding the WWE Raw women’s championship picture.
Till date, Asuka did not comment on who she is going to face at Wrestlemania. With Nia still going after her, there’s a chance it is going to be a triple threat contest. The scenario depends on how the next match goes around, the next time.
