Roman Reigns is away from the WWE for quite sometimes. It’s hard to think that we are on the Road to Wrestlemania and the franchise player is not even present in the scene. We have barely thought of this six months ago when he became the Universal Championship. His reign was about to continue from Summerslam all the way to Wrestlemania.

However, Leukemia turned out to be the reason that we are not seeing him on WWE TV anymore. He is completely out of the context ever since relinquishing the Universal title on October 22nd. This kind of disease takes a long time to heal off. So the speculations are running that we may not see him in the entire year of 2019.

Meanwhile, we have received an update of Roman Reigns courtesy of Wrestling News. They conducted an interview with Braun Strowman who was the one to provide insider scoops about the Big Dog. Apart from the wrestling scene, they share a close bond being two of the prime superstars of WWE Raw. So they are in touch despite the current distance.
The Monster Among Men sounded positive saying that Roman Reigns is recuperating at home. He is strong enough with family members being the backbone at this time. He goes through the leukemia treatments daily and things are going well for him. His words and current looks from the social media also suggest that.

“I have [spoken to Roman] he’s doing really well. I think he’s in Hawaii still vacationing and seeing some of his family. So everything is going well with him.”
Speaking of Roman Reigns, everybody seems curious when he will make his return on WWE Raw. Fans do want to see him back as early as possible. But he is taking things slowly as per Strowman’s words. Health should be the first priority in his current condition and not how quickly he can go into physical confrontations. Here’s what Strowman said when asked about a quicker return about the franchise player,
“Naw, it’s just a day by day thing. I know he’s still doing his treatments at home. So when I speak to him he sounds well he says he feels well so I trust him and everything he’s ever told me.”
Previously, stars like Seth Rollins and Chris Jericho also gave updates about the current condition of Roman Reigns. All of them sounded positive about the health of the former Universal Champion which is good news. We wish him all the best to the man who runs WWE’s yard as he gets well. Hopefully, our prayers and thoughts provide him a speedy recovery.
