WWE News: Brock Lesnar Advertised For The Post Wrestlemania Episode Of Raw 1

It is now confirmed that Brock Lensar will be facing Goldberg in a mega-match at this year’s Wrestlemania. After the challenge was laid down by the beast, it was accepted by the former WCW franchise to set up their third and final encounter in the company. Prior to this year’s Mania, these two has been part of the main event of Wrestlemania 20 that took place at the Madison Square Garden in 2004.

If the already sketched plan by the creative is kept intact then this bout should be contested as the Universal championship match at this year’s Mania. Goldberg is scheduled to face Kevin Owens at Fastlane and is expected to come out of the event with the prime title on his shoulder.

This will ensure the fact that Brock Lesnar will become the number one contender, automatically. So, after two years, the beast will be competing in a championship match in the WWE.

Now, the recent advertisements from WWE show that Brock Lesnar will appear on the post-Wrestlemania episode of Monday Night Raw. This is a big indication that the beast incarnate will emerge victorious against Goldberg in the final bout. By virtue of this win, he will also win the Universal championship.

On the other hand, Goldberg is not being advertised for the mentioned episode of Raw which will be hosted by the Amway Center in Orlando, Florida on April 3rd. This is quite obvious since his contract with WWE will expire on the night of Wrestlemania. So, it’s evident that he will lose his title prior to that.

Speculations also suggest that since Brock Lesnar will be the champion on the flagship show, he will start performing on Raw from that point. It was 15 years ago when he featured in a match on Raw against Tommy Dreamer.

However, these are all rumors at this point and it might turn out that Lesnar will only appear to cut a promo on the show and will defend his title only at the PPVs.
