WWE News: Brock Lesnar alarmed of potential violation for using drugs 1

It was Brock Lesnar’s comeback to the MMA promotion after a long hiatus of five years since 2011 as he faced Mark Hunt. So he was the underdog in the fight but Lesnar showed why he is called the beast incarnate by dominating the fight and came victorious in all the three rounds.
The pro-wrestling circuit, as well as the MMA promotion, was buzzing around the fact why he is the prize-fighter and the box-office attraction on any given day. Almost at the same time, the blockbuster announcement came from WWE which said that Brock Lesnar will take on the Viper, Randy Orton at this year’s Summerslam. While all the hypes are just looking to shape up, it might face a roadblock in his way as announced by WWE.
As per the rules of MMA fights, Brock Lesnar had to undergo a drug test through the United States Anti-Doping Agency and the reports look to be potentially negative. WWE has posted the following to address the situation:
“The U.S. Anti-Doping Agency (USADA) has informed Brock Lesnar of a potential policy violation, stemming from an out-of-competition sample collected on June 28, 2016, according to a statement released by UFC on Friday afternoon and reported on by ESPN and other news sources.
Lesnar successfully returned to the UFC against Mark Hunt 12 days later on July 9 at UFC 200. The results of the sampling were received by USADA on July 14.”
UFC too took their Twitter handle to let us know about the potential violation.

Though this news has nothing to do with the future appearances of Brock Lesnar in WWE but it will fade the beast’s returning moment to UFC to a certain extent. Lesnar was last seen in WWE at Wrestlemania 32 in a match with Dean Ambrose and is not scheduled to return to WWE until August 21st, the day of Summerslam.
