Paige is absent from the WWE TV programming for a long time now. She was last seen on Raw in June 2016. After that, she got sidelined due to a neck concussion which later turned out to be much fatal. To heal up the same, she was forced to undergo surgery later the year.
Apart from the surgery, the anti-Diva was also involved in numerous nasty happenings including one private media leak incident before Wrestlemania. It put a big question mark on her WWE career as of whether the company would allow a controversial star to be seen in WWE programming or not.
Keeping all the speculations aside, the former Divas Champion was back on the scene by joining the WWE Performance Center, last month. WWE also acknowledged the comeback on their official website teasing a potential return around the corner. She, herself kept us updated with her ongoing status all the time through her social media accounts.
If the earlier reports are any indications, then Paige is expected to make a return on the Smackdown Live roster shortly. Previously, the women’s champion on the blue brand opened up about the inspirational journey that her pal had while overcoming the career-threatening neck injury. Her words were hints that Paige would be brought on the land of opportunity.

Recently, a twitter altercation also supported the fact. For the upcoming Survivor Series PPV, WWE has posted a video of the title match between Charlotte Flair and Paige from the 2015 edition.
The Queen of the WWE was quick to notice this and intended to have a rematch against the youngest Divas Champion in WWE history. Paige did not back down from the challenge and urged her to bring it on. It is quite a big hint of these two reigniting the two-year-old rivalry on Smackdown Live.

Back in 2015, Paige and Charlotte had quite a stretched feud over the Divas Championship at the end of the year. It turned out to be quite a personal one with Paige slapping Ric Flair into the face and saying nasty things about the late brother of Charlotte.
It was classy heel actions from the British lady which was appreciated by the fans. Considering Charlotte is a babyface, right now, we can see this feud to get renewed for the blue brand, for sure.
