WWE News: Date Announced for Second Superstar Shakeup Process
It was quite predicted the WWE Superstars Shakeup will return to the WWE programming now that Wrestlemania is over.
It is that time of the year when most of the big-time rivalries come to an end. So, the maximum number of superstars gear up for new feuds in-store for them to rejuvenate their career. Furthermore, it gives a boost to their potential for the upcoming fresh season.
It is needed since for a whole year; we see a number of repetitive matches that make things stale. So, it is evident to make some needed changes on the roster of WWE Raw and Smackdown Live to make things look different. It also creates a number of new rivalries available on both the shows.
According to the announcements of the WWE, the second edition of Superstars Shakeup will be back, next week. Starting from the April 16th edition of WWE Raw, it will continue the very next day on Smackdown Live, as well. Next week, WWE Raw will be hosted at the XL Center in Hartford, Connecticut, whereas, Smackdown Live will take place at the Dunkin Donuts Center in Providence, Rhode Island.

Previously, we used to have the WWE Draft in the WWE programming which switched the WWE Raw and Smackdown superstars from their home. It was last year when Vince McMahon changed the concept and announced that there’s going to be a Superstar Shakeup. The same tradition has been retained, this year, too.
Rumours are running rampant speculating which superstars might end up changing their brands. Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns are the major names who are expected to head towards Smackdown Live, whereas, names like AJ Styles and Jinder Mahal are considered to head towards the flagship show during this Superstar Shakeup process.
