WWE News: Dolph Ziggler Destroyed James Ellsworth on Twitter 1

As reported earlier, James Ellsworth has been released from his WWE contract, as of this past week. WWE.com officially announced the Smackdown roster member would no more be an active member of the show. Back in the last year, he received a contract from team Blue being the mascot of Smackdown just before the Survivor Series.

He was doing a tremendous job on Tuesday nights by accompanying Carmella. It was his presence alongside the Miss Money in the Bank which made Carmella relevant in the women’s division. There’s no denying the chinless wonder can cut promos to a big extent that needs a round of applause.

At this time, we speculated that WWE might want to send him to the 205 Live roster to make a better use of him. But, it was unfortunate to see him getting released out of nowhere. He will have to serve 90 days no-contact clause put by the WWE which means he can’t compete outside the promotion until February.

Following the release, James Ellsworth posted a tweet thanking the WWE Universe for letting him enjoying his dream run for the past year. Many of the WWE Superstars positively reacted to the released superstar, as they would miss him in the locker room. But, Dolph Ziggler had shown some negative reactions to him.

The show-off replied back to the tweet with some nasty comments. He was quite happy with WWE finally releasing the overrated star that never should have got a chance to wrestle in the WWE. Last year, he almost became WWE Champion by the virtue of immense support from the WWE Universe.

According to the Dolph, this is what’s wrong with the pro-wrestling industry, i.e. supporting someone who does not have the capability. Apparently, this tweet is part of Ziggler’s current gimmick which claims him to be the greatest in-ring performer in the company who does not get the cheers from the fans.

Ellsworth, on the other hand, could barely wrestle but got enough attention from the crowd. It is the potential reason for Ziggler’s frustration, and a desperate try to stay relevant on the roster.
