WWE News: Ford Motor Company to File Lawsuit Against John Cena 1

In case you don’t know, John Cena has a nag of collecting different models of cars in his motor garage. His fiancée, Nikki Bella’s Youtube channel also has a special segment to display the features of some of the cars that Cena possess. We can see the franchise player of the WWE giving some updates of his cars on a regular basis.

In recent times, the 16-time world champion got into a lot of troubles after disowning a Ford car. Apparently, he has a deal with the company heads while purchasing the car which got violated. So, the motor company is likely to see him shortly.

As per the reports, John Cena had purchased a brand new car from Ford worth $5,00,000 in 2017. The deal was that he has to own the car for at least two years before selling it. But, the car has been sold by him leading him into hot water. The company is expected to take legal steps against him regarding this.

Cena is said to be not happy with the car after having some rides. Hence, he decided to hand it over forgetting the deal, really quick. The company attached the rules while selling the car to keep the brand value intact. But, after the recent selling, this was affected to a big extent which they can’t afford. It is the statement released by Ford,

“Mr Cena has unfairly made a large profit from the unauthorised resale flip of the vehicle, and Ford has suffered additional damages and losses, including, but not limited to, loss of brand value, ambassador activity, and customer goodwill due to the improper sale.”

The company will sue the Cenation Leader for claiming the profits he made by selling the cars including the damages done to the vehicle. John Cena, on the other hand, told the company heads he sold the car to pay some bills.

It is something unusual to see Ford going into a legal battle with a prominent name like the top WWE superstar. However, considering that it is related to keep the brand supremacy intact, the step is quite understandable. Hopefully, both the parties can reach an agreement, sooner.
