The Superstar Shakeup was back on last night’s edition of WWE Raw. It ran through the entire episode starting the first instalment of the 2018 edition, whereas, next night we will see the second part of it.

Tomorrow night, there will be several superstars that will get traded to Smackdown Live.

The first trade-off of the Superstar Shakeup began with Jinder Mahal. The United States Champion was hired on the flagship show of the WWE due to his tremendous potential. So, he was booked in a championship match, all of a sudden. Jeff Hardy was paired against him and stole the title away from him via clean pinfall.

So, Mahal coming back on WWE Raw was not something that he was looking forward to. The very next segment saw a faction debuting on the show with heel antics.

Sasha Banks and Bayley were competing in the much-anticipated singles contest when The Riott Squad pounced on them to make the contest disqualified. They turned out to be the latest members of the women’s division.

With Paige not on the scenario, they would be a good replacement for The Absolution as a dominant group. Another huge inclusion to the female division was Natalya who arrived on the show with a babyface gimmick. It came as a huge shocker in the Superstar Shakeup process after which she was seen teaming up with Ronda Rousey.

Dolph Ziggler came down to WWE Raw from Smackdown Live. But, he was not alone. Drew McIntyre from NXT gave him company to form another new tag team on the WWE Row roster. Breezango and the team of Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn also got inserted into the flagship show, which was pretty expected.

These inclusions would definitely affect the WWE Raw brand, as we will move forward from Superstar Shakeup. Also, in the very last segment of last night’s show, Bobby Roode and Baron Corbin were seen joining the Raw brand making it a total number of 19 superstars that was part of this trade-off. Check out the entire list,

Jinder Mahal (with Sunil Singh)
