WWE News: What happened after Summerslam went-off the air
Finally, we have witnessed the 29th annual Summerslam PPV and more importantly the match we’ve been waiting for. To headline this year’s Summerslam, WWE has booked the box-office attraction, Brock Lesnar against WWE’s apex predator, Randy Orton. It was the match that was being advertised as 15 years in the making.
The match saw a dominant performance by Brock Lesnar who delivered a vicious attack to Randy Orton leaving him in a spill of blood in the middle of the ring. Orton was literally unconscious when the match was called off and Lesnar was declared the winner via TKO.
Fans are booing as the lights come on at the Barclays Center. Two non-finishes to close out a show isn’t a good look. #SummerSlam

Lesnar even did not spare Smackdown Live commissioner Shane McMahon and delivered an F-5, as well to him. However, fans were not pleased with the dominant booking of the beast incarnate. They literally wanted to see a triumphant return from Goldberg in the second biggest PPV of the year but did not get it.
There were more decisions which did not go well with the fans like any other big returns, putting the Women’s title on Charlotte taking it from the boss, Sasha Banks and keeping the US championship matchup on the card than the WWE Universal Championship match.
Fans were pissed off with these happenings and started booing all around the arena upon the conclusion of the event when Brock Lesnar headed back to the locker room. They continued with their chants even when Randy Orton was carried off to the locker room by Shane McMahon.
Meanwhile, Randy Orton got his consciousness back after 10 minutes from the match was called off. Randy received 10 staples after the bleeding he suffered at the hands of Lesnar. The lazy end of the show was reported by wrestlezone.com which in particular made the fans mad over the company which marked no whatsoever surprises at the biggest event of the summer.
