WWE News: Huge Change Made to the Main Event of Hell In A Cell 1

Since the beginning of the storyline between Shane McMahon and Kevin Owens, WWE has been pulling out all the stops to make it one of the bitter feuds of all time. It is the reason why the match was planned to take place inside the Hell in a Cell despite there are other big matches on that night including the WWE Championship match and the United States Championship match.

To build up the bad blood between Shane and Owens, Vince McMahon was also brought on the Sin City episode of Smackdown Live so that the prizefighter can beat him down, badly. It was to ensure that Shane-O-Mac can claim his redemption against the heel one inside the unforgiving steel structure. We do know that there’s a saying that when someone messes up with the McMahon family, they have to repay it in a big time.

So, quite expectedly, this week’s Smackdown has scheduled face-off between the commissioner of the show and the prizefighter so that Shane can finally put his hands on the man who beat down his father. Before the segment, the prodigal son of WWE made a huge announcement that will change happenings around the match.

As confirmed by him, the Hell in a Cell main event will be a Falls Count Anywhere match. It is one such capacity where both the competitors can look forward to pinning the opponent at any place inside or outside the steel structure. It is not necessary to make the pinfall or submission happen inside the ring. It is an advantage so that one can capitalise after hitting a devastating move at anywhere around the arena.

Shane also mentioned that when the door closes on this Sunday, he is going make Kevin Owens’ life, hell. The Falls Count Anywhere stipulation was also added so that no barriers are kept during the match between the two of them.

With that being said, we can expect both of these men pulling off incredible stunts from anywhere and trying to capitalise. Plus, the fight is bound to go outside the structure, as well.
