WWE News: Hulk Hogan to Make His First Appearance in Three Years 1

After a lot of backlash over the sex tape scandal in 2015, it looks like Hulk Hogan will finally be back in WWE.

If things go right, then he will make his first appearance in the WWE, this week, since the controversy broke out. It forced the company to remove all the associations with the Hulkster which is yet to be reinstated, properly.

In case you have forgotten, Hulk Hogan was seen in a vulgar tape throwing some racist comments. A case was filed against him regarding this after which WWE was forced to cut all the ties with him. Each of the mentions of the former WWE Champion got removed from the company website.

Afterwards, he was let go of all the accusations after which his status was given back from the WWE. But, he is yet to come under a new deal with the company. While taking him back, the company has taken a slow but steady process. The recent Fabulous Moolah controversy has shown us that how far the negative reactions can go.

Meanwhile, the reports from F4WONline.com gave some updates about the potential first appearance of the leader of Hulkamania. On tomorrow Night, HBO will release the documentary of Andre the Giant. According to the source, Hulk Hogan will be present in the premier that will take place in Los Angeles, California.

Undoubtedly, the former franchise player of the company was perhaps Andre the Giant’s greatest opponent ever. They shared a true Wrestlemania moment on the 3rd edition of the show where the monstrous superstar passed the baton to the new franchise player of the company then known as WWF. So, it seems quite odd that Hogan would remain uninvited on the screening.

It would be a great way to let one of the most popular superstars of all time to be back on the board with the company. Considering this modest occasion, there should not be any fan backlash, as well. It might be why PWInsider.com has been reporting some serious talks going on between WWE and Hogan regarding the comeback which might be inevitable.

The capacity of the return is still not known, as this one is just some initial talks. But, things are going in a positive direction, after WWE released the following statement,

“We have had discussions with Terry Bollea (aka Hulk Hogan) about how he can help others learn from his mistakes, however, he is not under any contract with WWE.”
