The company was able to host the big-four PPV events uniquely so that these four can get distinguished from the rest of the WWE Network specials. Multiple big names around the company performed on these events to make it worth a watch.

Wrestling Observer is the source who revealed some of the most interesting statistics about 2017. It unveiled some surprising facts to us. According to them the superstars who wrestled the most number of matches is Jinder Mahal with 185 contests under his name. Baron Corbin was the second one with 181 and AJ Styles being the third one with 179.
It is interesting to witness that no one of the Shield faction belongs to the top three positions. However, most numbers of wins were secured by the workhorse of the WWE, Dean Ambrose who captured 131 from his matches. Shinsuke Nakamura is the second one with 127, whereas, Seth Rollins is the third with 123. AJ Styles and Roman Reigns stood fourth and fifth on the list, consecutively with 117 and 116 wins.
While counting the winning percentage, Asuka topped the list, undoubtedly being undefeated. Her winning score is 1.00, whereas, Nikki Bella secured the second spot with a percentage of .947.
However, she wrestled only for the first three months of the year and left after Wrestlemania. Aleister Black, Drew McIntyre, and Finn Balor are the rest of the three in top five in this category.
In case of the losing percentage count, Natalya has the most number of losses with 131 beside her name. So, despite being the champion, she might want to forget the year. Nia Jax was close to her with 128 losses. The rest of the superstars in this category under top 5 were Carmella, Jinder Mahal, and Aiden English. Curt Hawkins was kept out of the list since he had 0 wins in the entire year.
