WWE News: John Cena Comments On Possible Retirement 1

John Cena went on a hiatus after giving the fans a spectacular moment to cherish. In front of a 75000 crowd, he has proposed to his real-life girlfriend, Nikki Bella. This was a true Wrestlemania moment considering their marriage issues over the past few years.
Quite expectedly, the moment received the biggest attention from all around the globe. WWE was also able to garner the mainstream media attentions with this segment.

But, it was also expected that once the biggest event of the year would be done, John Cena will go on to fulfil his Hollywood commitments taking a time off from the WWE. The franchise player of the company has picked up a role of a part-timer starting from 2014 which also started speculations of his retirement at a certain point.

Recently, the 16-time world champion appeared in an interview with the Fox News where he discussed numerous topics like his retirement, relation with Nikki Bella, love for WWE and more.

Speaking retirement he uttered the following that he never plans to go beyond by the WWE:
“As far as the performance level it’s definitely a business for the young and I am on the older side of young but I don’t think I’ll ever not be involved with the WWE. They will have to tell me that they no longer need my services because it is my home.”

He also added that he would love to perform in the WWE and doing movies, simultaneously. But, these days the movie guys do not allow to come up on shooting with a bruised face due to their insurance policy. That is the reason why he is forced to stay away.

While speaking of the proposal to Nikki Bella, the Cenation Leader commented:
“That was the most nervous I have ever been in my entire life and not only was I worried about her response but I was worried about the reaction of the 75,000 people in the Camping World Stadium. I didn’t know that they would react in such a positive way, and I’m forever indebted to our fans for being able to allow me to celebrate the greatest moment of my life.”

At this time, John Cena is busy shooting Daddy’s Home 2 alongside the promotions of The Wall movie. He is not expected to be back until June.
