WWE News: John Cena is set to return alongside his girlfriend

Alberto Del Rio is not getting a proper storyline for the US title until you-know-who returns. Yes, here we are talking about John Cena’s return. WWE is not quite sure what to do with Cena after his much ‘not-so-anticipated’ return and his fate will be decided upon the fan’s reaction.

As WWE Universe had gone on to booing Cena out of the buildings, WWE has decided to tone down his love event schedules as of now. Until now he was featured regularly on the live shows and live events around the world. Another reason behind this is his big tone on the body after all of these years wrestling.

His girlfriend Nikki Bella too is all set for the return after a hiatus due to injuries alongside him almost at the same time. The record breaking Divas champion of all time was last seen on October 26^th episode of RAW post Hell in a Cell event. Since then she had taken a small break to nag a long time neck injury.

In her latest post on Instagram, the former champ has written “Missing the ring, the Bella Army & Team Bella so bad! In little over a week… I should know exactly when I will be back to kick some booty!!! Just gotta stay FEARLESS!!!”

Initial talks for her absence were just to take a break as she was wrestling with some small injuries but later it was reported that she was rehabbing the injuries after a short operation on her bulging discs of her neck. All of that was confirmed in her social media accounts.

Charlotte alongside his dad Ric Flair is dominating the Divas division as the champion and it seems the new faces from NXT had taken over the division. It will be interesting to see which Diva WWE will choose for her to feud with upon her return.
