May 11, 2016 at 1:26 PM
With rumors surrounding the internet with Cena’s return, it was evident that John Cena was coming back early and that’s what he had declared last month via Tweet. The 15 time WWE World Heavyweight Champion announced that he will return to WWE Raw on May 30th, the Memorial Day.
John Cena recently appeared as a guest host of the Today show and declared his intention to the co-hosts, once he returns to in-ring action this month. Though Cena is months ahead with his time of return, he feels that he is a month late. Since wrestling is his life and he is out for seven months from the company, he is annoyed with it. It makes him crazy and brings much anticipation inside him when he thinks of the return.
Is @JohnCena insane for coming back after just FIVE months? He talked #MemorialDay #RAW on @nbc‘s @TODAYshow! https://t.co/7JzBaD5rct

Cena also promised that his return will cause mayhem to Monday Night Raw and he intends to go on to re-claim the US championship which he lost to Alberto Del Rio prior to the injury.
Now rumors are already started flying with something big being scheduled upon Cena’s return. WWE live events are basically held to serve loyal WWE fans across the globe. That is the reason in past months we have seen some interesting matches in live events out of the storyline context. That resulted of Dean Ambrose vs. Triple H or AJ Syles vs. Kevin Owens.
Now, WWE has something really huge in store. As reported by wrestlingINC.com, upon his return the face of WWE, John Cena may collide with the international sensation, former IGWP champion Shinsuke Nakamura at the upcoming live event in Honolulu, Hawaii. Nakamura made his WWE NXT debut at NXT Takeover, Dallas, defeating Sami Zayn and currently enjoying his NXT stint. If the match indeed happens then it would be a dream match for the wrestling fans.
The live event is scheduled from Honolulu’s Blaisdell Arena, Hawaii on June 29, 2016. This is the first time WWE is coming to Hawaii after seven long years. Also, scheduled for the show is, Kevin Owens vs. Brock Lesnar.
