The next edition of Monday Night Raw is now getting headlined with the returning Brock Lesnar. This will be first-time that the reigning Universal Champion will resurface on the show after a hiatus of nearly one month to address the title scenario. Hopefully, we will get an update on who is going to be the next contender for the title.
But, in the meantime, we have received an update about the main event superstar and the other title-holder of the Raw brand missing the show. According to the suggestions of wrestlingINC.com, none other than Roman Reigns will be absent from the upcoming edition of Monday Night Raw. No potential reasons have been declared, as of why he will not be present in his yard.
This upcoming episode of the flagship show will take place at the Dunking Donuts Center in Providence, Rhode Island. The official website of the WWE is not advertising the franchise player of the company to appear on this night. Also, the website of the arena has excluded him from the superstars’ listing, as well hinting that a night-off is evident for the Intercontinental Champion.
For now, a match is being advertised that might feature in the dark segment of the night. Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins are scheduled to have a tag team contest against The Bar. The match will get contested under Texas Tornado capacity which means all four of the participants will compete inside the ring at the same time.
Apart from this one, Kane and Braun Strowman is also being advertised in a rematch from last week. They were pitted in a number one contender’s match which got disqualified, and we did not get to know about the next challenger for Brock Lesnar. It will be interesting to see whether they will compete in the main event match on the main show or in a non-televised edition.
At this time, it is not confirmed that The Big Dog will certainly miss the show, but with a slow buildup of his feud against Samoa Joe, the officials can afford him to give a night-off considering that he will have a full-time schedule even on the Holiday season.
