WWE News: Major Rumors Regarding Marquee Matches At Wrestlemania XXXIII 1

We have almost reached the most exciting time of the year known as Wrestlemania. The biggest extravaganza will take place on Sunday, April 2nd at the Camping World Stadium in Orlando, Florida. The stadium is being refurbished and being converted into a roller-coaster ride bringing the ‘ultimate thrill-ride’ theme in public.

The fans have already started filing in the city to take it over. WWE has also reached with its entire crew and superstars to start rehearsals for the grand night. It is expected that there will be some major surprises to take place on the show. At this time, we are getting some last minute updates regarding some of the big matches.

Many hardcore indie-watching fans are upset with the fact that AJ Styles was not given the main event spot in the show. Despite being the superstar of the year in 2016, he was let into a match against a part-timer Shane McMahon.

Good news is waiting for those fans since WWE has big planning stored for the Phenomenal One once the biggest event is done. This match is just said to be a ‘litmus test’ for him upon which he will be inserted into the WWE title picture. AJ will walk out as a clear winner, here. Furthermore, this would be the match that will steal the show.

A major title change is expected to happen at Wrestlemania in the match between Dean Ambrose and Baron Corbin. The booking has not been good for these two. But, Corbin is said to be elevated into the main event level and the push for him will come from Wrestlemania on-wards.

He will walk out of the Citrus Bowl as the new Intercontinental champion to start a solid run as the IC titleholder. Ambrose’s reign has already fallen short in compared to his previous bookings.

Plus, the NXT champion Asuka is said to be a surprise entrant in the SmackDown women’s title match. This would be a one-off appearance for her to give the taste of Mania. Her debut on the main roster is still pretty much late.
