WWE News: More Wrestlers Likely to Get Released by the WWE
WWE might be trying to keep the budget to the limit for quite sometimes. As a direct effort from their side, we have seen the pyro-techniques gone from the company. Also, shows like Talking Smack was take off from the WWE Network. The latest idea of the list was to trim some names from the company’s roster.
Emma, Summer Rae, Darren Young were amongst those superstars who were shown the door, some days ago. While the latter names have some reason to get detached, Emma’s release shocked the pro-wrestling industry, indeed. If the recent reports are any indications to go by then, we might get to see more names coming up to get released from the WWE.
A report from wrestlenews.co mentioned that The Club, i.e. the tag team formed by Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson might be the name to be axed from the Raw roster, next. The rumours are running rampant around them, as both of them have removed the ‘WWE Superstars’ comment from their twitter handles. All other WWE related information were also deleted except for the handle name attaching WWE.
The reporters suggested that they have come to know from their sources that The Club is the next in the rejected list. The speculations fuelled after they were forced to compete in a trick-or-street fight on this past week’s edition of WWE Raw. They have taken a few losses against the random names on the roster, Heath Slater, and Rhyno.
Despite being one of the most dominant tag teams in the independent scenes, the duo of Anderson & Gallows failed to earn success on the main roster of the WWE. They debuted with a bang alongside AJ Styles, last year on Raw. But, ever since their leader shifted to Smackdown Live, their career went into a downward direction.
With not much left to achieve in the current scenario unless a big push is reserved on the card, The Club might get trimmed from the roster, in a short time. Rumours also suggested that Curtis Axel is the other name that might join the tag team, as well. It might be the reason why Braun Strowman literally killed the former Intercontinental Champion on Raw in a vicious attack.
