WWE MITB PPV event is shaping up to be quite big. There will be a couple of usual ladder matches on the show.
The WWE Championship will also be on the line from the Smackdown brand. But the Universal title will be out of the scene from the WWE Raw division. The flagship show is inserting some more matches to the card to cover up that.
WWE.com has recently confirmed yet another match for MITB PPV event. A fresh rivalry from the Raw division will culminate in the upcoming PPV event. Bobby Lashley and Sami Zayn are the two names who will settle their rivalries.
Zayn entered the fray on the red brand via Superstar Shakeup. He had a long-time grudge against the blue brand authorities. We saw it coming that he will move to the rival brand alongside his buddy, Kevin Owens. The same night witnessed the return of Bobby Lashley as well.

The behemoth name targeted the ‘underdog from the underground’ from the very beginning. He wanted to make a name for himself at the expense of Sami Zayn. It was the first feud provided to him on WWE Raw. Zayn suffered fractured vertigo from Lashley’s attacks.
It is why Sami Zayn went on to mock Lashley on last week’s WWE Raw. He brought the Lashley sisters on the show to reveal the hideous truth of the former IC champion. They were not the actual family members of Lashley. Zayn admitted he intentionally brought them to insult his rival.

WWE officials gave them a chance to settle the bad blood at the MITB PPV event. The singles match between these is now official,
“Bobby Lashley and Sami Zayn will clash at WWE Money in the Bank in a highly personal showdown for family honour and vertigo retribution. Will Lashley get retribution on Zayn for mocking his family? Who will be smiling at WWE Money in the Bank? Find out Sunday, June 17, at 8/7 C on the award-winning WWE Network!”
This match at MITB is going to be the first one-on-one PPV bout for Bobby Lashley after coming back to the WWE.
The ongoing feud fell short to a big extent owing to lackluster planning for the fans. We hope to see some packed actions between these two rejuvenate the situation from now on.
