Roman Reigns is no more the Universal Champion on WWE Raw. He made a major announcement on last night’s show to confirm his battle against leukemia. At this point, he needs to focus on his body and spend some quality times with his family. Therefore, he could no more feature in competition relinquishing the coveted prize that he proudly possessed.

But as they say, the show must go on and WWE announced a new match for the Universal Championship. It will be Brock Lesnar battling out against Braun Strowman at the Crown Jewel PPV event. The show is coming live on the WWE Network on November 2nd. It is going to be another grand global PPV show from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

WWE.com came up with an official announcement about the Universal Championship match to confirm the same. Fans were wondering about the match after the shocking relinquishment happened on the show. Now we know, one of the behemoth figures from WWE Raw roster will become the new champion.

Earlier the match at Crown Jewel was a triple threat match featuring Roman Reigns, Brock Lesnar and Braun Strowman. It’s now turned into a singles contest. Both the latter duos have received a golden opportunity to win the gold now that the Big Dog is out of the equation. However, his illness did a huge favor to the creative team of the WWE.

Despite the monster among men being the favorite to come out as the winner, the beast picked up a fair win. An F-5 was enough to put away Strowman on that night.
